That means we will help you with the following legal services (included by not limited to): negotiate and review documents, business counsel, buy and sell agreements, employment contracts, negotiate investment deals, agency agreements and promissory notes.
Sometimes it is more cost effective to have an attorney on retainer where your personal life and/or business ventures result in a multitude of legal questions and issues. Why pay for an hourly consultation fee when you can pay an inclusive monthly fee that will cover the majority of your legal issues and document formations that month.
If you're not sure about the retainer yet, try out our services a la carte, we offer everything at individual rates, and you can always opt to move to a monthly general counsel retainer later on or when your legal issues multiply.
