Scott B. Roberts, CPA is a specialist with The Presser Law Firm, P.A., an Asset Protection, Estate Planning and Business Succession Planning law firm. Scott brings clarity to the complex planning issues that wealthy families and business owners face when integrating Tax Savings Strategies, Business Succession Planning, Asset Protection Planning, Life Insurance Planning and Estate Planning for his clients.
Scott is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, previously working as an estate planning specialist for a well-known financial planning firm headquartered in Atlanta. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Auditor for Arthur Andersen during which time he planned and performed all phases of audits for both private and SEC companies. Scott received his bachelor’s degree in accounting, with honors, from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida and his Master of Accounting degree from Florida International University. Having lived for nearly a year in Madrid, Spain, he is fluent in Spanish.
Scott and his wife, Liz, have two children, Cole and Violet, as well as two dogs and six cats. He enjoys spending time with his family, travel, and reading. He is also a huge soccer fan, coaching, watching and blogging about the beautiful game — and he even still plays on the Monday nights when his knees don’t object too much.
