You can form international trusts in a number of international financial centers. Where you set up your trust is chiefly based on the legal protection afforded by that IFC; however, you would not necessarily bank or invest within that jurisdiction since you can globally invest the money in your trust. Lawsuit protection can open the door to new, more profitable international investments.
