Nicholas J. Cucuras, Esq., M.A. received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in International Business Management from Lynn University, where he spent two semesters abroad in Florence, Italy studying Renaissance history and international finance. After graduating from Lynn, Nicholas attended the Elliott School of International Affairs in Washington D.C., one of the best professional schools of international relations in the world, where he received a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Affairs with a concentration in International Law and Europe/Eurasia. After graduating from the Elliott School, Nicholas went on to receive his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Florida International University College of Law. While attending law school, Nicholas was a Research Fellow with the United Nations International Law Commission during its 72nd session, he served as Vice President of FIU Law’s Federalist Society chapter, and he gained valuable experience in the areas of estate planning and business entity formation throughout the course of his professional externships.
Nicholas’ combined background in business management and law, both domestic and international, has provided him with a strong foundation to become a well-rounded and effective asset protection attorney, capable of assisting clients in formulating a plan that guards their hard-earned wealth both domestically and internationally. When Nicholas isn’t working to protect your assets from frivolous, predatory litigation, he’s spending time with his wife and puppy, playing soccer, or reading about history, philosophy, and international affairs.
