Nebraska Financial Planning Exemptions
- Retirement Accounts Exemption: to the extent reasonably necessary for the support of the debtor and any spouse or dependent of the debtor.
- Homestead Exemption: $60,000; cannot exceed two lots in city or village, 160 acres elsewhere.
- Life Insurance Exemption: $100,000 for cash value attributable to premiums paid at least three years prior.
- Annuity (Non-IRA/ERISA) Cash Value Exemption: $100,000 for cash value attributable to premiums paid at least three years prior.
