- Retirement Accounts Exemption: 100%, except for amounts (1) contributed within 1 year (not including rollovers), (2) contributed in excess of $15,000 in a one-year period, or (3) deemed to be fraudulent conveyances.
- Homestead Exemption: $300
The $300 exemption is a general monetary exemption and is not specific to real estate. PA law does not provide a specific homestead exemption for real estate comparable to federal bankruptcy exemptions. Instead, the $300 exemption applies broadly to personal property and is intended to protect judgment debtors and their families by ensuring they retain basic necessities
- Life Insurance Exemption: Income or return of $100/month
- Annuity (Non-IRA/ERISA) Cash Value Exemption: $100/month
