About
Cynthia Blanco serves as an Operations Assistant at The Presser Law Firm, P.A., supporting the firm's operations and coordination among clients, attorneys, management, and staff. She manages scheduling, client follow-up, documentation, reporting, and account-related administration while helping keep the consultation and engagement process organized. Known for her attention to detail, Cynthia enjoys creating practical systems that improve client service, communication, and office efficiency.
Cynthia began her career supporting executives and serving as a trusted liaison between clients, management, and business teams. Her early experience crossed hospitality, market research, architectural and construction projects. In these demanding environments, she became known as an expediter, problem solver, and client advocate who could manage sensitive situations, track critical information, and transform complicated administrative challenges into practical solutions.
During this period, Cynthia was also active in community service. After becoming involved in a case handled by the State Attorney’s Office, she witnessed firsthand the dedication of the attorneys and paralegals and the lasting impact their work could have on individuals, families, and communities. That experience inspired her to become a paralegal and create the same kind of positive difference for others. In 2004, Cynthia earned an Associate’s Degree in Specialized Paralegal Studies from Cooper Career Institute and later completed the Paralegal Certificate Program at Florida Atlantic University. An internship with the Pro Bono Project at the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County led to paralegal positions within its Public Guardianship Program and Immigration Advocacy Project. From 2005 through 2013, she assisted attorneys in protecting and advocating for vulnerable individuals, children, immigrants, and families throughout the community.
Cynthia later expanded her career into supporting businesses and corporations, gaining experience in insurance, automotive financial services, legal and business operations, contract administration, commercial real estate, and telecommunications infrastructure. After more than two decades of supporting executives, attorneys, businesses, and individuals, she now brings the full range of that experience to firm operations. Her strengths include business and operational analysis, workflow development, process improvement, reporting, marketing support, client relations, and building stronger connections among coworkers. Cynthia believes successful operations require more than efficient processes—they require an understanding of the people those processes are intended to serve. She remains connected to the broader paralegal profession as a member of NALA.
Outside the office, Cynthia remains a community advocate and enjoys helping others find practical ways to improve their personal, professional, and business lives. She enjoys art, design, history, bicycling, spending time outdoors, and, most of all, time with her two sons, Brandon and Lovanni, who continue to inspire her.
