Elise Gross, Esq., LL.M., Of Counsel, represents individuals and businesses in connection with the establishment of comprehensive Asset Protection plans that incorporate both domestic and international components. She recently served on the committee that drafted the current amendments to the Nevis Trusts and Limited Liability Company laws.

In addition to Asset Protection, Elise Gross has focused her legal practice on Estate Planning for over thirty years, including the drafting and administration of wills and trusts as well as probate. Since 2010, she has served as an adjunct professor of Wills, Trusts, and Estates for the Legal Assistant Program at Florida Atlantic University.

Elise Gross graduated with a B.A. from Florida International University in 1989. She received her law degree from New York Law School in 1991. She then continued her education by earning a master’s in law (LL.M) from the University of Miami, School of Law, Heckerling Program in Estate Planning in 1993. She is currently admitted to practice law in New York and Florida and is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar. Elise Gross was born in New York City but has resided in South Florida for more than thirty-five years and now lives in Boca Raton with her two children.
